Saif Saeed joined Desert Group in 2006, starting in the nursery when he could only count to 20. Through Enable’s rehabilitation program, he gradually developed key motor and interpersonal skills, learned plant care and retail basics, and grew steadily in confidence. Over the years, he spoke at workshops and events to help raise awareness. Today, Saif proudly runs the Enable sales stall at Dubai Garden Centre, assists in training new team members, and supports his wife and son. He has built a life grounded in purpose, pride and progress.

Enable Workshops are hands-on experiences where learning meets purpose. Led by People of Determination, these sessions offer participants of all ages the chance to connect with nature, create something meaningful, and engage directly with our mission.

In collaboration with Desert Group’s in-house nursery, we supply high-quality indoor and outdoor plants. Our team supports the production process through meaningful tasks suited to their strengths. Working alongside horticulture experts in an inclusive, real-world setting that fosters growth, skill-building, and purpose in them.
